We are looking for a dynamic new team member to join us full-time at Spectrum Dermatology. This role involves managing patient interactions, supporting phototherapy treatments, handling retail sales, ensuring smooth patient check-in and check-out, and maintaining a clean office environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a high volume of patients while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor to deliver an excellent patient experience.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with scheduling software and POS systems.
  • Professional and patient-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities
  • Phone Management: Answer calls, schedule/reschedule appointments, address inquiries from patients and health care providers.
  • Patient Check-in/Check-out: Greet patients, validate MSP/verify information, collect payments, complete documentation.
  • Phototherapy Support: Provide patient instructions, maintain records, adjust treatments, and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
  • Retail Sales: Promote and sell skincare products, maintain inventory, process sales transactions, complete end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Office Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and staff areas, including wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring a sanitary environment.
