Responsibilities

Strategy
Aligns with the established UK Detailing Strategy.
Assesses market needs and target site requirements.
Monitors the competition by collecting current market information on pricing, products, new product developments, and detailing communication techniques.
Planning
Organizes appointments and meetings with private dermatologists and key NHS dermatology sites focusing on key dermatological conditions such as dry skin, atopic dermatitis, blemish-prone skin, pigmentation issues, and sun protection.
Maintains an updated database of customers and their conversation statuses using a CRM system, segmenting customers annually.
Develops partnerships with local dermatology groups.
Creates business plans aimed at expanding the territory and increasing brand awareness.
Education, Training & Events
Demonstrates or presents products to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, dermatology nurses, and GPwSI’s, with a focus on ingredients, clinical data, and benefits for both patients and healthcare providers.
Coordinates and manages dermatology lunchtime educational meetings as needed.
Provides updates on new product launches.
Supports UK and European dermatology exhibitions as required.
Identifies opportunities for local studies to support regionally relevant claims.
Manages sample and literature requests from healthcare professionals in accordance with company compliance guidelines.
Relationship Management
Develops long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals to enhance awareness, build trust, and secure professional endorsements, while supporting the KOL program in Medical Management.
Addresses both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
Collects, organizes, and forwards scientifically and/or medically relevant inquiries from customer units to Medical Management, ensuring timely responses and sharing information with relevant team members.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating issues thoroughly
