Description
Eram Talent, a division of the ERAM Group, is searching for a dedicated Derrickman to join the Workover Rig team. As a Derrickman, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the derrick and will play a vital role in the workover activities on the rig. Your expertise is essential in ensuring the proper handling of tools and equipment while maintaining safety standards during operations. If selected for this role, the work location will be in Bahrain. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly and disassembly of the workover rig; Operate and maintain the derrick and handling equipment safely; Assist in the preparation and rigging of equipment for workover operations; Monitor drilling operations and respond to equipment malfunctions or emergencies; Maintain accurate records of rig operations and equipment status; Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively promoting a safety culture; Assist in training and guiding junior rig crew members. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on a drilling or workover rig, specifically in the role of Derrickman or similar position; Strong understanding of rig operations and derrick systems; Ability to handle heavy equipment and tools safely; Good communication and teamwork skills; Willingness to work in remote locations and adhere to rigorous safety standards; Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
