Position Summary: AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Oklahoma City, OK that is a leading global aerospace company and top U.S. exporter, Boeing develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries. Essential Functions: Support for the entire product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, systems design, lab design/specification, integration testing, flight test, technical sub-contractor management, field support and customer interactions. Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Designs hardware, software and interface specifications. Tests validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Research specific technology advances potential application to company business needs. Requirements 2+ years experience with hardware and LRU development, test, and qualification Knowledge in subsystem design, requirement allocation and technical supplier management Critical analysis and problem solving skills across systems, hardware and software architecture Practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting and data capture Preferred: Military aircraft program experience MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429 and Ethernet architecture and knowledge Experience with agile development methodologies Strong leadership, team building and mentoring skills
Responsibilities
The engineer will support the product lifecycle by developing electronic and electrical system requirements, designing hardware and software specifications, and conducting integration and flight testing.
