We’re looking for a Design & Development Coordinator – Interiors is responsible for managing the interior design process for residential condominium projects from concept to completion. This role works across design, development, construction, and sales teams to ensure that unit layouts, finishes, and amenities reflect the project vision, market positioning, and buyer expectations. Collaborating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams, the coordinator ensures that every interior element meets quality and schedule objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in residential development, interior design coordination, or construction project coordination.
  • Experience with multi-family condominium projects from design through construction preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of unit layouts, interior detailing, and condominium finishes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Bluebeam an asset.
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and residential market trends.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with consultants, contractors, vendors, and sales teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
