DESIGNER AND PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Primary Purpose:
Assist the design director with projects from design to production and delivery. Liaise with manufacturers and the creative director to ensure collections meet expectations. Support material sourcing and contribute to marketing strategies across social media and content production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend fittings and update specs.
- Work with the design director to ensure timely collection completion.
- Communicate daily with manufacturers and manage sourcing and approvals.
- Maintain updated files and info for seasonal collections.
- Coordinate seasonal sample deliveries.
- Assist with SWOT analysis and progress reporting.
- Support efficiency strategies within the design team.
Key Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of offshore manufacturing and construction.
- Excellent computer skills (skilled in Pr, Ae, Ai, in-design and photoshop program).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Design certification required.
Challenges:
Managing tight deadlines and adhering to critical dates.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: KD1.786 - KD1.904 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 48 per wee
