This is a consultative sales + interior design role where you will create custom storage solutions and deliver a premium customer experience from concept to installation. Key Responsibilities As a California Closets Design Consultant, you will: Offer a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service Provide in-home design consultations and space planning Design custom solutions using proprietary CAD software Work with motivated Clients, interior designers, decorators, and builders Manage multiple client projects with strong attention to detail Travel primarily to appointments in Walton, Bay and Okaloosa Counties Qualifications & Preferred Skills Experience in sales, interior design, home improvement, home organization professional, or related field Strong consultative sales and closing skills Ability to build rapport and develop relationships quickly Highly organized with excellent time management Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills Tech savvy – ability to learn proprietary CAD design and other software Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Full-time availability, includes some evenings and weekends Compensation Paid training Uncapped commission structure On-target earnings: $85,000–$120,000+ Pre-set, qualified appointments provided through first year as you build a network and repeat and referral projects Work Environment Field-based, in-home sales role with support of a local Showroom for follow-up appointments and collaboration with Team We have a strong culture of Teamwork and celebrating our wins together, we like those that work well with others Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Vision insurance Phone Allowance Bonuses Work-Life Balance Flexible work from home options available.
