* Old Buckenham Hall * Address: Brettenham Park, Bury Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP7 7PH  * Salary: Competitive * Hours: Full or Part time considered, Term time only * Contract: Fixed Term Contract for up to 1 year as Maternity Cover, Required from September 2026 * Reference: 8824.   Old Buckenham Hall (OBH) is looking to appoint a talented and committed individual to the role of Design and Technology Teacher for a fixed term of one year, due to the existing Head of CT (Creative Technologies) beginning a period of maternity leave. As the successful candidate, you will be expected to lead in the delivery of this department’s curriculum as well as contribute to the wider school experience. The department boasts a well-equipped workshop and is undergoing additional developments in the coming months. There has never been a more exciting time to join OBH, with the school recently joining the Rugby School Group and a multi-million-pound investment programme beginning in the coming months. The role will suit a highly ambitious individual who is committed to life in a busy boarding school and the prospect of collaboration with a sector-leading group of schools.
