DESIGN ASSISTANT

BKC Kitchen and Bath of Colorado is an award-winning kitchen and bath design showroom specializing in cabinetry, countertops, and related accessories. With over 40 years in business, we are one of the leading suppliers of cabinetry in the Denver metro area.
We are searching for a Design Assistant to join our team. You will be working with 2020 Design Software to assist designers with design work. This is a part-time, hourly position.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficient in 2020 Design Software- minimum 3 years’ experience
• Must be organized
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans

• Assist BKC designers with any 2020 needs. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Creating initial designs based on architectural plans, the designer, or customer-provided dimensions
• Creating beautiful, detailed renderings
• Revisions as needed
• Provide realistic time estimates when reviewing a designer’s request, and adhere to the given timeframe.
• Keep an Outlook calendar up to date with availability
• Record and track time spent on each project/designer. Submit hours weekly.
