As a Design Assistant, you are responsible for providing sales and service support to the new home customers while providing administrative support to the Design Consultant.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design
  • 1-2 years of interior design experience
  • Strong sense of social perceptiveness or emotional intelligence
  • Professional & passionate for excellence in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Work with sales team to arrange for design center reselects
  • Preview potential home purchases through the Design Center
  • Ensure professionalism and cleanliness of the Design Center
  • Generate design packages and color selection worksheets for construction
  • Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Obtain price quotes and get product/service estimates for non-priced/non-standard client design requests
  • Provide excellent customer service
