We are looking for an assistant for our Design department to assist with day to day duties. Full training will be provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisting the Design Manager with various tasks;
• Interpreting customer briefs to produce innovative and effective packaging designs;
• Producing computerised designs using CAD;
• Producing high quality customer samples using a variety of corrugated board on a sample making machine;
• Answering the telephone, redirecting calls and communicating in a professional manner;
• Working on a computer on a daily basis, using a variety of computer programmes;
• Understanding and following the company and department procedures;
• Undertaking the relevant training for the role as required.
• To develop a knowledge of Production material and machinery.

Experience:

• CAD: 1 year (preferred

Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30
Friday 09:00 – 16:30
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
