a day in the life
The Design Assistant at lululemon supports in creating apparel products that are acknowledged as leading in innovation, design, function, fit and quality. You are guided and mentored by the Design Manager and the Senior Apparel Designers. You play a key supporting role and your work is key to the success of the line each season. Act as Design support - be the Designer’s right-hand person to support with day-to-day tasks which includes the following:

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
