Evoke Projects is a London based Design & Build company operating primarily in the high-end residential market; we specialise in architecturally led bespoke projects.
The role requires a high level of problem solving and initiative, to deliver high end projects on time and on budget. From tender stage through to completion. You will need to be strategically minded and a good negotiator who will create additional value.

SOFTWARE SKILLS
To be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite. CAD and Design skills would be useful but aren’t essential. If you have other skills that can add value to this role, please highlight these with your application. We are especially interested in candidates that have experience of new technology that can help with streamlining/improving our processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of three years’ experience as a procurement manager, project manager or similar role within an architecture, interior design or high-end construction firm in the UK. The PM’s overall responsibility is to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Working closely with the Managing Director on complex issues, and progress on projects.
Liaising with the construction team across multiple London sites.
Oversee tenders, pricing projects between £200K - £1M.
Taking ownership of the programme and deadline management of materials, specifications and drawings.
Checking quotations and invoices before passing on all the relevant information to finance for payment.
Manage supplier communication and monitor the development against the agreed milestones. Track supplier shop drawing sign-off and sample approval process. Resolve any supplier/ manufacturing issues that arises.
To identify risk factors and catch problems early and to have a solutions-based approach.
Have a large network of relevant suppliers & manufacturers and proactively seek out new suppliers.
Monitoring project budgets – actual vs. agreed to ensure no overspend.
Create a delivery and installation schedule.
Inspect all deliveries to site and manage any snags that arise.
Provide necessary information for final account reconciliation.
Provide weekly/monthly progress reports to the director.
