• Oversee all aspects of design-build projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Attend meetings with potential clients, develop partnerships, and secure additional work for the organization.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, and role definition during preconstruction, ensuring seamless project transitions to field operations.
• Conduct regular project team meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure accurate construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scopes of work, and objectives, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
• Initiate billing, review and approve invoices, and monitor project scopes for changes impacting budget or schedule.
• Lead value engineering and enhancement efforts to optimize project outcomes.
• Provide feedback to the Pre-Construction team to ensure practical and efficient designs.
• Mentor and train design-build staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Issue and review contracts, assist in selecting subcontractors and vendors, and ensure proper project turnover to field operations.
