We are currently seeking a Design Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first touch point at Claridge Homes Design Centers, we are looking for an upbeat professional to join our team. You are personable and a highly organized individual with excellent organizational skills with a strong knowledge of office related computer applications.
Reports to the Design Centre manager

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Completion of a Certificate or diploma in Office Administration and/or Customer Support Specialist.
Sales or customer service experience is required, preferably in new home sales.
Background and/or basic knowledge of construction or interior design is an asset
Passion for Interior Design an asset
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Google Calendar
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Independent, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various activities

Handling purchasers questions and follow up
Assisting the designers with small change orders
Calling purchasers with urgent matters
Taking payments from purchasers and documenting for the accounting department
