Design & Construction Project Manager
We’re transforming how food is stored and moved - and we’re looking for a proven Design & Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new cold storage warehouse project in Christchurch.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this 18-month fixed-term position, you will be Lineage’s primary representative across the full project lifecycle - from design through to handover. You will lead the planning, governance, execution and commissioning of a technically complex and high-value facility. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of delivery on a strategically important project for a global logistics leader.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the delivery of a cold storage warehouse project in Christchurch
• Manage project scope, program, budget, and contractor performance
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including design consultants, general contractors, vendors, and authorities
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure refrigeration systems and insulated environments meet Lineage’s performance standards
• Drive commissioning, training, documentation, and seamless handover to operations
