YOUR ROLE As a Cantoni Luxury Interior Designer, you will lead clients through a fully bespoke, concierge-level design journey from concept to completion. You will deliver high-performance interiors that reflect both extraordinary vision and enduring value—all while operating within the infrastructure of one of the most iconic and respected design houses in the country. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute full-scope interior design projects including concept development, space planning, product and finish selections, visual presentations, and white-glove installation. Discover and determine each client’s design objectives, vision, values and translate them into highly curated, functional and beautiful spaces, reflecting Cantoni's standard of luxury living. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals through proactive client development, converting walk-in clients to full-scope design projects, and fostering on-going client relationships. Create compelling design presentations addressing location, architecture, material palettes and color stories, renderings, and physical samples that tell a clear and sophisticated story. Collaborate with Sr. Design leadership, showroom leaders, visual merchandisers, marketing teams, and vendor partners to enhance showroom engagement and product integration.
