A design consultant is driven in every aspect of the job, including taking world class care of customers, selecting styles and colors, and drawing unique floor plans that are the perfect match for their customers. They truly enjoy meeting new people and building relationships based on trust and rapport. Each Design Consultant receives unrivaled training, including: Thorough product knowledge of our quality-crafted products The technology that drives HOM Furniture, streamlines our work and simplifies our customer's shopping experience Our unique customer focused sales solution approach The art of meticulous accuracy and follow up when processing each order and delivery Room planning and design skills (manual or computerized). Understanding different elements of design such as color, patterns, etc Competency in all aspects of Project Management. Each Design Consultant listens attentively and asks the right questions, then delivers the perfect design solution every time. They love the end result nearly as much as their customers! Design Consultants participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas.
