Interwood Mobel is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sales & Design Consultant for Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes to join our team. In this role, you will provide innovative design solutions, guide clients through the design process, and ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. Your creativity and customer-focused approach will help us deliver high-quality products that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete customer experience, including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors. Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate with SCM for product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution Conduct site visits at key project stages: pre-design, installation, and post-installation to ensure quality and adherence to design. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, keeping clients informed about progress and any potential issues. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, design consulting, with a focus on kitchens and custom cabinetry preferred. Proficient in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, or similar. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
