ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Design Consultant, you’ll help homeowners bring their dream bathrooms to life. You’ll meet clients in their homes or at our showroom, guiding them through the design process, making product recommendations, and creating detailed proposals. Your role is equal parts creative, customer-focused, and sales-driven.
This is a commission-based role designed for someone who’s confident, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of their success. You’ll also work closely with the office and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff and project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-home and showroom consultations to understand customer needs and preferences
• Present custom design solutions and product selections using the Ingage app
• Build accurate quotes and contracts with LEAP
• Track customer interactions using the Re-Bath CRM
• Analyze customer conversations with Rilla Voice for ongoing improvement
• Attend weekly team meetings and product knowledge sessions with vendors
• Communicate remodel feasibility—especially in wet areas—to installers
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care
