We are hiring an ambitious and confident Sales and Design Consultant to help clients transform their homes with our high-quality shutters, blinds, and shades.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Professionalism: Maintain high standards of integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Sales Expertise: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven record of strong sales performance and customer service.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate superior organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
• Experience: Have at least three years of experience in sales or interior design/window treatment.
• Product Knowledge: Prior knowledge of window coverings is beneficial.
• Physical and Logistical: Own reliable transportation (territory from Key West to Jupiter will be covered), be able to read a tape measure accurately, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Verification: Pass a background check.

• Customer Engagement: Lead pre-scheduled, in-home design consultations, helping customers select products that align with their style and needs.
• Sales Execution: Confidently present and sell our full product range, including a variety of upgrades and customized options.
• Order Management: Use our exclusive quoting software to provide instant, efficient quotes and finalize customer orders on-site.
• Retail Partnership: Act as a liaison with partner stores to drive lead generation for our in-home consultation service.
• Brand Promotion: Increase brand visibility and product interest by training store associates on our offerings.
• Professional Development: Participate in a thorough training program with support from an assigned mentor.
