JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and motivated Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design and lighting design, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, guiding clients through their design choices, and ensuring their vision is realized. Your role will involve selling products, negotiating deals, and upselling additional services to enhance the customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the design or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of lighting design principles and interior design concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales with confidence.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• A passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive attitude towards upselling and enhancing customer experiences.

  Pay: $100,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
