SUMMARY

• We’re not hiring “sales reps.” We’re hiring Design Consultants who help customers design warmer, safer, better-looking homes. As a long-standing, trusted local manufacturer/installer, we win on quality, service and transparency—including no deposits or stage payments.

• Meet qualified, company-generated and showroom appointments.
• Demonstrate window/door samples (aesthetics, security locking points, glazing options).
• Design and specify solutions (colours/foils, hardware, vents, thresholds, sills).
• Set expectations on Building Regs (Part L, trickle vents, egress) and safety glass.
• Prepare clear proposals; complete eCOFs and follow internal processes correctly.
• Own the customer journey with branch support through survey to install.
