​The Role
We are seeking an Design Coordinator, to be located in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. The role will be interesting and varied, and you will be responsible assisting the Senior Design Manager with the design process and helping supervising consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. You will also be responsible for assisting the Senior Design Manager to providing knowledge of practical construction methodology in addition to exposure managing technical information on projects.
​The Ideal Candidate
​Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you will have a commitment continual learning to refine, further develop and apply expertise to add distinctive value to the Company. You will ideally possess, or be working towards achieving, a degree in Construction Management/Architectural Technology or comparable qualification e.g. HNC/HND/BTEC/NVQ.
​With experience in design co-ordination or an engineering or architectural background, you will have an awareness of and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements and have excellent IT skills.
