OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Production Assistant to join our design department. This role combines technical production work with creative execution and client interaction. The ideal candidate has experience in vinyl application, large format printing, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with a knack for problem-solving and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in vinyl installation, large format printing, or related production work OR post-secondary education in design/graphics installation
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent written communication skills for client correspondence
• Ability to lift and handle materials and equipment safely
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Vinyl wrapping of various games, equipment, and branded displays
• Operate large-format printers and cutters; prepare and finish printed materials
• Communicate with clients via email to confirm project details and timelines
• Prepare, test, and maintain photo equipment ahead of events
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and high-quality production output
• Assist with project setup and breakdown as needed for events
