POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Design Drafter with 0–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of drafting or design experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit and Civil 3D preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Work well in a team environment but also excel as a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal direction and guidelines.
  • Must be located within the contiguous United States. The position is a fully remote position, and will require occasional travel for company meetings and trainings.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD software based on design specifications and engineering sketches.
  • Assist in the development and modification of plans, schematics, and layouts.
  • Collaborate with engineers and senior drafters to ensure drawings meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Organize and maintain drafting files and documentation.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to project planning and problem-solving.
