Aureol Global Connections is seeking three talented Design Engineers to join our innovative engineering team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and developing detailed designs for various projects, ensuring functionality, performance, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other engineering disciplines to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client specifications. Responsibilities Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for engineering projects using CAD software. Conduct design reviews and analyses to ensure designs meet performance and reliability criteria. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design requirements into project plans. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to design processes, changes, and project milestones. Participate in prototype testing and validation to assess design effectiveness. Identify potential design issues and recommend solutions to improve project outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design engineering practices. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international design standards and regulations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience. Experience in a design engineering role or related field is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA). Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
