Job Purpose

My client work within the Offshore Wind Industry and have a reputation for delivering technical solutions to a wide range of subsea asset protection applications. Working for the business, the Design Engineer will be joining our team to play an important role in the product development of cable protection systems for the Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas Sectors.

• Working in the Engineering team, the Design Engineer will be required, as part of this team to carry out a wide range of engineering design activities, taking products from concept through to sales and ultimately project delivery. The Design Engineer will be involved in optimising designs, through fundamental design, mechanical and thermal simulation of components and systems, prototyping and physical testing and on-site and subcontract manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities
