JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Design Engineer. This position will be a technical expert for solution development of the Skid Steer Loader and Compact Track Loader and related products including the design, fabrication, testing and implementation of components and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of engineering experience working with Construction, Agricultural, or related off-highway equipment

  Pay: $63,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

• Participates as a member of a multi-functional product development team in order to achieve objectives
• Support development of investments, timing plans, risk assessments & mitigation plans
• Provide status updates to manager on activities assigned
• Lead the design, development and validation needs to achieve product definition and technical requirements
• Facilitates design review meetings, documents meeting minutes and tracks actions to closure for assigned projects
• Support prototype builds and product launches with technical expertise
• Offer innovative thinking, which explore industry “needs”, to build new opportunities and applications for the SSL/CTL products
• Utilize engineering methodologies, philosophies and tools to ensure robust root-cause, risk and mitigation analysis
• Remain current on engineering and construction and/or agricultural technological developments and evolving field practices through field contacts/visits, attending meetings and membership in technical societies
• Support the CNH Industrial Focus Five priorities through your actions, ethics and communication
