In this rewarding technical leadership role, you will have full autonomy for all aspects of structural analysis and design, working remotely on DOT projects and pole design. You will leverage your expertise in load analysis, computer modeling, and structural fabrication to ensure that traffic signal structures and poles are designed and manufactured to the highest standards.
This role would suit a Design Engineer from a civil or transportation background, with knowledge of traffic pole structures and heavy structural fabrication, Seeking the opportunity to apply their expertise to drive successful product design and implementation to directly impact the trajectory of the company.

• Lead structural design and analysis for DOT pole and traffic signal projects.
• Develop and review detailed AutoCAD drawings and blueprints.
• Collaborate with engineers and clients to ensure successful product fabrication and implementation.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from conception to delivery.
