Description

We are looking for a Passionate, Creative, Agile, adaptable & disciplined Design Engineer who shall be based in Coimbatore, India who can contribute to the growth of the company & there by ensuring his Career growth also. Create a design or a digital prototype of new products using CAD software. Analyze the design against the provided specification by performing DOE. Understand the new product idea. Design the products keeping DFMA mindset. Enhance the existing products and processes. Participate in VAVE, RIE, Poka Yoke Implementation's. Design products, considering the industry norms and regulations, safety of the product & adhering to ZDP+ criteria. Prepare a detailed report on the progress of the product design and present it before the managers and other stakeholders. BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or tool & Die making. Min 1-3 years of working experience in a connector/allied industries Passionate to invent new technologies. Good creativity to conceptualize, develop and tweak the technical design. Attention to detail for testing the designs. Abreast with the latest information on the industry. Knowledge of connector design, development, and manufacturing processes. Candidate shall have certification & proficiency in Creo-7/ SolidWorks software, shall also have experience in handling Wind chill platform. Knowledge in the use of Tolerancing, GD& T tools Knowledge on the basic standards that need to be followed Candidate from connector industry.
