We’re looking for a Design Engineer to join our collaborative and innovative engineering team. You’ll play a key role in shaping bespoke solutions for construction projects, working across design, technical problem-solving, and delivery. • Lead engineering delivery on assigned projects, producing accurate 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (SolidWorks or Inventor) drawings
• Carry out structural steelwork design and calculations (Eurocode knowledge desirable)
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues while building strong client relationships
• Contribute to product development and cross-team innovation
• Research materials and processes to optimise performance and cost
