Description
Assignment description Design active parts for electrical machine rotors. Lead supplier and customer meetings related to active parts for rotors, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and project goals. Conduct and lead FMEA with support from senior designers to identify and mitigate risks in the design process. Track project development and create component time plans according to the product development process. Define and document system and component requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery aligned with quality and cost targets. Coordinate between manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless integration of rotor components in projects. Provide technical support for component-related issues and implement design changes as necessary based on testing results and real-world feedback. Report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to both line management and project organizations. Skill requirements Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical or relevant engineering field. Minimum 3 years of automotive development experience, Active parts for Rotors Knowledge of product development process, requirement specification, and product documentation is advantageous. Fluent in English; a valid driver’s license is a plus. Personal Attributes: Social with a positive, proactive mindset. Organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and fast changes. Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills. Analytical and structured with a high interest in automotive technology.
