Design Engineer Responsibilities Accuracy and completeness of design deliverables; compliance with standards (BS, Eurocodes, or equivalent). Design Validation & Calculations Verified design calculations; optimization resulting in material/cost savings. Timely response and resolution of design-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil and steel structure design within the construction industry. Good negotiation Skill and Analytical mindset and interpersonal skills are a must. Expertise in structural analysis and design software (STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Revit). Ability to prioritize and meet design deadlines in fast-paced environments.
