We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Develop and design innovative landscape lighting products from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure product designs meet quality and environmental standards. Create detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and prototypes using CAD software. Conduct design reviews and implement feedback to improve product functionality and manufacturability. Perform testing and analysis on lighting products to verify performance and durability requirements. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and optimize production processes. Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into product designs. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in lighting or related industries. Strong proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. Knowledge of lighting technologies, electrical components, and environmental sustainability practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to work collaboratively across departments. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
