The role is responsible for preparing, checking, and optimizing artwork and files for flexographic printing & ensures that all prepress work meets technical requirements, print quality standards, and customer specifications before plate production and press runs. Key Responsibilities Create & Review customer artwork for accuracy, resolution, color mode, fonts, and bleed Do print feasibility for AWs & Designs to be printed in flexographic Coordinate plate-making requirements, including anilox, screening, and dot gain compensation Communicate with customers, sales, and press operators to resolve file or print issues Ensure compliance with customer specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards Maintain organized file systems and documentation for repeat jobs Troubleshoot prepress and print-related issues to minimize press downtime and waste Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and materials Experience with flexo plate technology and screening methods High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Join us.
