Able to guide and provide technical advice to junior team members, to support them in their delivery on the project and in their professional development Ability to discuss ideas and plan competently Able to actively participate in safe design processes which consider safety during construction, operation and decomissioning through the use of hazard identification and risk assessment during design development Possess a general understanding of one or more sectors within the business Maintain a sound theoretical approach to the application of technology in engineering practice Able to use a sound evidence-based approach to problem solving Able to operate reliably, independently and competently in a specialist discipline Able to input into discussions around identifying, reviewing and selecting techniques, procedures and methods to undertake engineering tasks Capable of contributing to the design and development of engineering solutions Have advanced proficiency with relevant desktop applications including the ability to use a range of computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems and presenting results Possess excellent time management skills consistently demonstrated through performance on projects Have a knowledge of sustainable development best practice Able to support engineering activities that contribute to sustainable development Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent and formally licensed country) Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in lighting design within the building services Experience in using AGI32 is required Revit experience is an advantage Proficiency in lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, Relux, AGi32) and CAD tool Strong understanding of lighting principles, electrical systems, and energy codes
