• Use SolidWorks to design and model sheet metal parts.
• Develop flat patterns, drawings, and detailed work instructions.
• Optimize work orders and routings using Global Shop Solutions (GSS).
• Input CAD/CAM data into SigmaNest and inspection systems.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and operators to improve manufacturability, cost, and delivery.
• Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support efficient production.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and problem-solving.
