Your Tasks Development, design and optimization of new and existing machines (components) by means of CAD systems and valid standards Responsibility for problem solving for machine design Creation of drawings and BOMs Internal interface for product management, project planning, project management, purchasing and production planning Leading of (also spatially distributed) design project teams Communication with internal and external customers and suppliers Your Profile Bachelor or MSc degree in Engineering or other equivalent education Several years of proven experience in the paper industry working on machine optimizations and design Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, like CAD Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Technical Project management skills Knowledge of national and international standards and regulations.
