Working closely with the Technical team to understand the requirements of our clients and creating visual documents and diagrams to support the manufacturing process.

• Researching, understanding technical documentation and constructing replies and instructions

Project management

• Leasing with customers and suppliers to manage projects through from design to completion
• Prioritise to meet deadlines

Practical understanding

• How a job is going to be done/RAMS
• PPM documentation and updating

o Support the development of product within the FBS portfolio.
o Bespoke solutions to satisfy customer needs
o Assembly and SOP information
· Responsible for organising and maintaining documentation and technical files.
· Become familiar with the relevant standards and legislation to help ensure projects and product solutions comply.
· Build and expand on training material and standard operating procedures to upskill the engineering workforce.
· Support engineers on site with “out of the ordinary” challenges.
· Any other duties as required.
