Create concepts and design specifications for new power modules

  • Support the designs during the initial prototype phase of power modules
  • Plan and set up test benches for design verification (developer tests)
  • Perform developer tests, including analysing and documenting the results

Qualifikationen
-

Degree from a technical university (Master / PhD) in the field of semiconductors / electronics or electrical engineering / technical physics

  • At least 5 years experience, preferably in the field of semiconductor
  • Basic automotive experience highly appreciated
  • Willingness to travel within Austria & Germany
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • German language skills highly appreciated
