The Opportunity
Are you ready to shape the future of infrastructure? Join our dynamic team of engineers delivering innovative, large-scale projects across Australia.
We’re looking for a Structural Engineer with a passion for solving complex challenges and a drive to deliver high-quality, practical solutions. You’ll play a key role in the design, analysis, and delivery of critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead structural design and analysis for civil infrastructure and buildings projects.
• Develop concept and detailed designs for concrete and steel structures.
• Support junior engineers in performing structural design and preparing design deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections, including confined spaces and working at heights
• Travel to remote locations and engage directly with clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to asset condition assessments and maintenance planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions
• Ensure technical excellence in all calculations, documentation, and design outputs

Required Skills and Competencies

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Working towards chartership is preferrable.
• Competent in working with Space Gass or SAP2000.
• Proven experience in large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments.
