REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in a design coordination role
• Knowledge of British & Singapore Design Standards
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead coordination effortsWilling to work on-site and able to coordinate across multiple teams

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority requirements
• Review and resolve technical issues on structural and architectural drawings
• Plan, monitor, and report on shop drawing production progress
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, methods, and C&S shop drawings
• Liaise with architectural, M&E consultants and relevant authoritiesSupervise BIM Modelers in producing coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans
