Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with engineering, production, and support personnel on projects that will test both their technical and interpersonal capabilities. * Learn the processing and documentation required to meet the elevated quality levels dictated by the FAA. * Employ a data-driven approach for designing manufacturing drawings for test systems. * Support New Products Integration (NPI) and Development through data collection and analysis. * Work with Returned Goods to conduct investigations and identify potential design improvements. Required Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor or graduate program with a major in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar. * Prior Co-Op experience preferred. * Experience with 3D modeling (CAD) software preferred. * Experience with statistical data analysis preferred. * Experience with LEAN manufacturing methods preferred.
