This position is for a Design Firms Manager in Singapore, to build trust, value add and secure strong partnerships with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design Firms in the built environment and optimize the Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry. What will you do? Deploy all prescription work with Design Firms assigned to strengthen our partnership and successful Spec In. Deploy & lead successful Prescription programs to assigned Design Firms. To bring Schneider Electric solutions directly to Design Firms and understanding their needs. Promote visibility of Schneider Electric in the local Design Firms network To be knowledgeable on full Schneider Electric offers and Technical Expert for selected offers Align the goals and strategies to accomplish short-term & long-term projects being specified. Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement. Clear view of Design Firm channel and prescribing opportunities for solution deployment Regularly conduct training, coordinate with Marketing to organize technical sharing / seminar/product launching to assigned Design Firms. Hunt and identify new opportunities in early project stages from assigned Design Firm accounts. Responsible for driving the platforming of all the key accounts (Design Firms) into bFO. Clear reporting on all activities as and when required in company’s bFO (Salesforce.com), regular collaboration sessions with internal Contractor Team, leading cadence meetings with all BUs, stakeholders and overall Pipeline Prescription discussion with the management. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? University degree – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Degree Min. 5 years Sales with Technical / Business Development experience Proven network reference with Design Firms Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Management System Must be presentable and able to communicate fluently with Design Firms.
