Come for a career, stay for the fun! · HMO coverage for you and your family** · Yearly Kick Off Parties with major giveaways (like the car in 2023) · Get recognized through our ‘Value Awards’ · Grow your career - yes, we love to promote internally · Do meaningful work and collaborate with the best · 900 promotions given each year 2,700+ leadership training courses Role and Responsibilities Prefered Skills - Hours to be determined on a case by case basis (between 0800 - 1800, Mon - Fri) - Demonstrated working knowledge & experience in using AUTOCAD - Excellent communication, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills - Execute accurate design entry/resolutions of addressing issues & produce documentation, when necessary, in the Design standards in output of fibre design - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Complete AutoCAD and DAD designs entries and capture any as-builts for built and upcoming sites utilising software for data entry - Problem Solver with strong attention to detail - Self-starter who can manage priorities and their time effectively - Provide correspondence to project managers, developers, builders and consultants and upload up-to-date documents in various portals Targets and KPI - Ensure all quality control processes are adhered to in accordance with the process maps. - Accurate and On-Time Delivery on Project Design / BoM - Continuous Quality and Process improvements - Ensure all structured administrative tasks are completed based on current folder structures & procedures. Requirements - Review missing ACMA Towers and SIP community boundaries and continuous entry and updates of SIP boundary issues - 2-5 years’ experience in Telecommunications broadband environments with focus on project and documentation administration - Design of Fibre and BOM networks to service subdivisions, address entries and infill (amendment) works within estates as required - Understanding of GIS/Database in broadacre and Multi Dwelling Units - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Address customer data issues within DAD and Telco platforms, ensuring alignment with design standards LYNHAM NETWORKS - Ensure the quality of designs is at a high level - Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic changing environment - Participate in activities that address improving performance and actively promote improvement Qualifications and Education Requirements - Continually review work practice and recommend ways in which practice, systems and/or processes can be improved Note: This position description serves to illustrate the scope and responsibilities of the position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. Responsibilities

The Design Integrator will execute accurate design entry and resolutions, producing documentation as necessary in accordance with design standards. They will also provide correspondence to project managers and ensure quality control processes are adhered to.
