Description
Who are we Coinmerce Group is a Dutch-founded European crypto services company consisting of 3 pillars: brokerage, asset management and proprietary trading. Transparency is our core value, and our open-door policy supports collaboration, innovation, and team spirit in our Schiphol-Rijk office. With over 160 talented colleagues, we’re shaping the future of crypto together, are you ready to join us? What we offer Intern salary of EUR 750,- gross per month (Based on 40 hours per week) Hands-on experience with live campaigns - your work goes live, not into a drawer Direct collaboration with Performance, Brand, and Product Marketing teams Real feedback on creative performance: CTR, conversion data, what actually moved the needle A fast-learning environment where you’ll develop both design and performance marketing skills Flexible hybrid setup: Schiphol-Rijk office + remote Daily Perks: Free lunch, fresh fruit and weekly Friday drinks at our company bar Team Events: Engage in monthly team events, bonding activities and a fun, ambitious environment Commuting & Pension: Receive commuting allowance and a solid pension plan Wellness: monthly chair massages and access to our company gym About the role As a Design Intern you will be the creative engine behind our paid performance campaigns, designing the static and animated assets that turn clicks into customers across Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond. If you care about whether an ad actually converts, this role is for you. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team, while being part of and supported by the design team. What you’ll do Create static and animated ad creatives for Meta, Google Display & YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter / X (and occasionally Snapchat), optimised per format and audience Design and iterate on landing page sections and conversion-focused UI elements (banners, hero visuals, CTA blocks) Build out a creative testing library: multiple variations per concept to support A/B and multivariate tests Translate campaign briefs from the performance team into ready-to-ship assets Actively contribute to creative ideation and brainstorming for new campaigns and angles Maintain brand consistency across all paid touch-points using our design system and tone-of-voice guidelines Contribute to post-campaign reviews: learn what performed, why, and apply it to the next round Spend ~20% of your time on other design tasks, such as CRM visuals, website updates, or internal design projects Lastly, explore and create UGC-style content concepts for ads While this might look like a lot, your focus will shift per week depending on campaigns and priorities, you won’t be doing everything at once. Who you are You are currently studying Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field You have a strong eye for design and basic understanding of what drives engagement or conversion Experience in Figma is required; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. Experience with AI image generation tools is an advantage. Motion basics are a plus: simple animations in After Effects, Premier Pro, CapCut You understand that good-looking ≠ high-converting, and you’re curious about the difference You are comfortable working with feedback loops: you iterate quickly without getting precious about the work Bonus: affinity with Fintech, Crypto, or Digital products
Responsibilities
You will design static and animated assets for paid performance campaigns across various social and search platforms to drive conversions. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing teams to iterate on landing pages and contribute to creative testing strategies.
