Description

We looking for an emerging designer to join our team for a 3-month internship. You'll primarily work on digital design (products and websites - UX and UI), and brand and communications design. We’re an authentically purpose-driven organisation. If you want to spend your days helping impact organisations make a difference, this is the place for you. This is a hybrid role. The expectation is that you'll be in our Collingwood studio 'most of the time', so more than half of the 5-day working week. About the role You’ll be supporting our designers in their day-to-day work, sourcing interesting reference and inspiration for art direction, helping set-up and roll out systems of design in Figma, attending meetings and workshops, and getting a feel for what it's like to be in a leading design team. You’ll work collaboratively beyond the design team with our multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions. Your supporter will be an experienced Art Director and designer leader at Today. We're looking for: An emerging designer who is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about affecting social and environmental impact through great design. Someone interested in pursuing a career in digital, brand, and communications design. We don’t expect you to have an amazing folio yet, but we do need you to know your way around Figma. An active interest in AI tooling, AI ethics and/or motion design will be highly regarded. Responsibilities
