As part of the wider Design team, you will oversee all aspects of design management for construction projects in tender or delivery across the SA region. We have a diverse and interesting portfolio including civil, structural, building and water projects. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, you will manage technical reviews, cost planning, consultant coordination, temporary works, and client interface. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering innovative, compliant, and cost-effective design solutions. Key Accountabilities: Manage design delivery and technical reviews Coordinate consultants and design interfaces Oversee temporary works and compliance Drive cost planning and optimisation Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation Ensure adherence to Australian standards Required Skills and Competencies Capability & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural preferred) Proven design management experience Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills Knowledge of Australian engineering standards Ability to manage complex projects What We Offer: Join ACCIONA and work on a transformative water infrastructure project.
