JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Design Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead our design department in delivering high-performance, efficient, and aesthetically advanced façade solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in aluminum and façade system engineering, combined with proven experience in managing the entire design lifecycle — from concept development to execution. This position requires close collaboration with project stakeholders and a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 10–15 years of experience in aluminum and façade system design, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Proven experience on high-rise, commercial, or landmark façade projects in the GCC or international markets.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other 2D/3D design and modeling software.
• Solid understanding of structural mechanics, thermal performance, and material behavior in façade applications.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client communication skills.

• Lead the façade design team across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Review, validate, and approve design proposals, drawings, and technical submissions.
• Provide expert input on system selection, design feasibility, and constructability.
